Antique Furniture Restoration Course
This practical, informative and enjoyable five day course is designed to give you the opportunity to learn traditional restoration techniques from an expert. You will spend each day in the tutors own workshop where specific problems and techniques will be addressed, including the all important question 'Is it worth repairing?'. Working at your own pace, the course is suitable for all levels, including beginners, although some basic tool skills are an advantage.
Students are asked to bring one or two small pieces of furniture to work on during the week. Please note that due to the time restraints of the course, some projects may need to be completed at home; any further work required will of course be discussed by the tutor with you before you leave.
